I absolutely love residential architecture, people and Portland. When I reflect upon how I ended up practicing real estate these were three of the core motivations that lead me to become a Realtor and the same three I am reminded of when realize how lucky I am to do what I do.
I have worked with a myriad of buyers and sellers and each experience has been unique and rewarding in its own way. The young couple trying to balance new careers and modest income with their plans to grow their family, a physician relocating from out of state to begin their fellowship in an unfamiliar city, a widow downsizing and moving closer to the grand-kids, parents helping their 20-something into a small bungalow to start building equity, the developer looking to sell a dozen condos, even the point guard of the Portland Trailblazers!
A home purchase or sale is very personal and almost always one of the most significant financial decisions we make. As such, I treat each client the way I would want to be treated ensuring that I provide the highest level of service possible, paying careful attention to the details and engaging in effective, candid communication at every step of the process.
I built my practice from the ground up, working with people from diverse experiences, perspectives and circumstances. Each of these individuals was seeking the benefits of home ownership and ultimately a positive experience during the acquisition or sale of their home. With over a decade of selling Portland homes I am fortunate to have an incredible circle of past clients, people I am grateful to also call my friends.
