Jim and Teresa's Projects

In 2004 Jim Arnal and Teresa Catania combined their efforts and service
portfolios to create a partnership designed to manage development based Real
Estate Sales and multi-unit projects throughout the Portland Metropolitan
area.
 Soon
after releasing their industry leading service overview and marketing strategy
they were awarded their first condominium project that winter – The
Lair at 3rd & Meade. Jim & Teresa created a full marketing
campaign inclusive of the branding, naming, site design and a sales strategy
for the 13 luxury condominiums which as a result pre-sold months prior to completion.
In the summer of 2005, Jim & Teresa were awarded ownership of the sales
and marketing of the Canyon Hollow Town homes. The
Canyon Hollow Town homes comprise 18 multi-level dwellings in the
highly desirable West Slope area. Given their proximity to Raleigh
Hills, Downtown and commute routes toward Nike and Intel, the Canyon Townhomes proved
to be another high profile project.
Jim & Teresa have plans for future projects in the Portland metropolitan
area.
