Step 2: Searching for Property
For those who begin their search online prior to arriving in Portland for
a formal home tour, we provide an ongoing dialogue which helps you to refine
your search and get the answers you need to refine your search. PDXHOMES.com
is one of the only websites which allows clients to create specific searches
which include listings and their physical addresses. We have designed
the website so that you can save your favorites allowing our team to track
the homes, the locations and the amenities you tend to like so we have
complete coordination along the way, sometimes months prior to your arrival
in Portland or prior to your active search.
Step 3: Arriving in Portland for your Home Tour & Search
Our team provides a complete service to our dedicated clients inclusive of
airport or hotel pickup, itinerary coordination and our personalized neighborhood
tour. Prior to your arrival, we compile the list of properties and

who choose to employ our neighborhood tour we begin by giving you a tour
of Portland with detailed dialogue regarding the districts, neighborhoods,
particular local resources, schools, businesses and commute patterns. For
those who already know the neighborhood or neighborhoods they wish to live
in we design a formal hard copy tour each time we meet which includes details
on each home, map references and sometimes details on permit or sales history
for each particular home. We pride ourselves on knowing Portland’s

From the first day I chose to make
Real Estate my career, I decided to develop a primary focus on relocation. Having
relocated to Portland myself years ago I decided to develop the most robust
set of resources, articles and tools available anywhere in Portland Oregon.
My approach to helping people move to Portland has developed and adapted
with each passing year. The first couple of years were spent primarily
listening and building on those tools I wish I had had upon moving back to
Portland myself. Listening to clients every question and curiosity
and delivering as much information as they were willing to digest proved
successful. As time has gone on I have developed Portland’s largest,
most comprehensive Real Estate website as well as a Resource Guide which
some say is suitable for widespread publication. With each endeavor
I have sought to create the tools I wish I had had available to me upon moving
to Portland and those I think open new avenues to those seeking the most
minute details about a particular neighborhood, school or home.
Knowing how to manage and handle out-of-state property searches, financing,
and the intricate details involved in moving from one place to another has
been a large part of my practice. I structured my relocation services
into two primary components.
- A complete hands-on Search and Sales strategy from the time my clients
step off a plane and arrive in Portland to the time they set up their utilities
