Jim was asked by past clients if he could design and construct a new finished floor by utilizing the space in their attic. Jim had to figure out how to get code compliant stairs to the attic, break through the ceiling for access and create legal egress bedrooms and a bathroom in a space that was never intended to be finished. The pictures show what Jim was able to create for his clients! Jim was given the artistic license to design and create custom small playrooms, custom built-ins and every finish detail from surfaces to fixtures and colors.
