Jim and his wife fulfilled a long time dream of buying an orchard and renovating the original 1938 farmhouse that stands upon it. The entire home was gutted. The entire envelope was replaced and the original garage addition was removed. Jim completely redesigned the site topography by moving 1000+ yards of soil and building up the side yard.
