Jim and his wife purchased this A Frame on the south Puget Sound in 2018 and worked tirelessly for two years renovating it and building an additional bunkhouse on the bluff below. The sale of this property changed the sales trajectory for the island after 26 offers were received on the property from buyers all over the west coast.
