Jim supported clients in the purchase of a stunning craftsman home in the heart of the Irvington neighborhood. As part of the counsel he offered, he outlined a way the buyers could create a new en suite bathroom in the home while maximizing the home's original spaces all the time working within the guidelines of the Irvington Historic Neighborhood. Shortly after the purchase of the home, the buyers hired Jim to design the new space and consult on all related finish decisions.
