Jim completed a complicated partition plat, extending the already incredible yard of this Dolph Park home another 25' west and then designed a 6 figure hardscape complete with bench seating, an elevated dining area, built-in grill and outdoor fireplace. Beyond the hardscape, Jim transplanted established trees, installed an extension drainage system and carefully designed his plantings along manor block and the like. In addition to the landscape upgrades, Jim introduced numerous new built-ins, color changes and surface treatments to most of the spaces throughout the home.
